Bumboo Packaging Design

SURFACE DESIGN COMMISSION

Becki has been working with Bumboo over the past year to create a series of patterns for use on their packaging.

The collaboration began with a winter-inspired wrap design, created for customers to reuse in Christmas crafts and encourage a more eco-friendly festive season.

The second design explores sustainability through storytelling. Each roll celebrates the remarkable transformation of landscapes—from barren ground to thriving ecosystems—serving as a daily reminder that small, thoughtful choices can have a meaningful impact on the planet.

The third collaboration highlights the vital role of wildflowers as a keystone of rewilding. The three patterns draw inspiration from native wildflowers, celebrating their natural beauty through a soft watercolour style.

UNI-BALL

PACKAGING DESIGNER

Becki was commissioned to create the packaging illustration for Uni-ball’s new extra fine brush pen. As an integral part of the updated, plastic-free packaging, her design showcases the pen’s versatility, featuring her signature brush lettering and botanical illustration style.

The extra fine brush pen was launched at the London Stationery Show in October, where Becki attended in person, creating live artwork and calligraphy to demonstrate the pen’s capabilities.

To further promote the Uni-ball pen and highlight how it achieves expressive brush lettering effects, Becki also collaborated on a video project with Rich Smith. In the film, she shares insight into her design process and explains how the pen’s dual functionality supports her work as a multidisciplinary designer.

Wonderwall Floral

BRANDING COMMISSION

Becki was commissioned by Wonderwall Floral to create a suite of branding elements inspired by nature and guided by a sustainable design approach.

Working closely with Nat, the founder of Wonderwall Floral, Becki developed the full visual identity, including logos, motifs, hand lettering, and colour palette. Inspiration was drawn from Nat’s Wiltshire garden studio, and once the natural, elegant palette was established, it informed all of the hand-drawn illustrations.

Becki then translated these illustrations into vector artwork for use across the Wonderwall Floral website, branding, and social media channels. Building on the hand-drawn assets, she also designed business cards and supplied print-ready artwork for supporting brand materials such as stickers and packaging.

Becki has been working with Skateboard Cafe for the last four seasons, illustrating ranges for use across decks and apparel in her signature floral style. Becki illustrated a whimsical, pastel-hued floral bouquet design with hand lettered motifs for this range, which went on to be used across decks, two colour ways of apparel and accessories. The floral design, in Becki’s signature style, was also embroidered onto clothing.

Becki was delighted to be commissioned for another design in Winter 2019 for Skateboard Cafe. Becki illustrated a flowerbed design for use across apparel, decks and accessories.
