Pick & Paint at Stem & Green Flower Field

Earlier in the month I had the joy of spending the morning at the flower field of Stem & Green hosting a Pick & Paint workshop, we began by exploring the fields with a cup of tea gathering buckets of floral inspiration before sitting down for the workshop.

I worked through exploring the watercolours & colour mixing techniques to help build confidence with the brush and paint, before demonstrating how to paint the seasonal flowers in a loose and flowing style & whilst we enjoyed another tea and some homemade cake the attendees got to work with exploring painting their own flowers with the techniques shown.

It was a beautiful and inspiring morning and everyone took home their picked flowers, finished paintings and paint kits to continue with their new creative skills.
